Integration Details
- Direction
- Employee and payroll-code data imports from ADP into Telephone Timesheets. Reviewed time and approved time-off hours export from Telephone Timesheets to ADP payroll.
- Data Handled
- Employees; department, earnings, rate, and payroll-group codes; plus regular, overtime, holiday, contractor, and mapped paid-time-off hours.
- Timing
- Employee imports can be started on demand, and RUN accounts also receive a daily employee refresh. Payroll exports are started for a selected pay cycle.
- Prerequisites
- An active ADP connector, ADP consent, matched employees, and configured earnings mappings. Workforce Now also requires payroll group and period settings.
- Supported Products
- Connector workflows are available for RUN Powered by ADP and ADP Workforce Now. Setup and available mappings vary by ADP product and account configuration.
- Important Limits
- Only time not already exported is sent. Exported entries can no longer be edited in Telephone Timesheets, so later corrections must be made in ADP.
