What is a billable user?
Every administrative user is billable. A worker is billable only when they have one or more time entries during the billing cycle. Simply adding or scheduling a worker does not make them billable.
How do the pricing tiers work?
Discounts are progressive. Each rate applies only to the users within that band, and your monthly bill adds the bands together. For example, 1,500 billable users cost $5,048 per month: 249 users at $5, 151 at $4, 999 at $3, and 101 at $2. That averages $3.37 per user per month. Reaching a lower-priced band does not apply that rate to your entire account.
Does existing university pricing change?
No. Existing university accounts billed at $1 per user retain that rate.
Are all features included in every tier?
Yes. Every tier includes all system features, including time tracking, scheduling, alerts, reports, integrations, and workforce operations. The tiers change the rate for additional billable users, not your access to features.
