- Direction
- One-way from WhenToWork into Telephone Timesheets. Schedule changes made in Telephone Timesheets are not written back to WhenToWork.
- Data Handled
- Published assigned shifts, employees, positions, categories, and approved time-off records. Positions and categories map to Telephone Timesheets jobs and locations.
- Timing
- Published shifts and schedule mappings are checked every five minutes, approved time off is checked hourly, and the employee roster is refreshed daily.
- Prerequisites
- A WhenToWork account with Partner API access and a valid Partner Key. Employee and schedule values must be available for matching during setup.
- Supported Products
- This connection uses the WhenToWork Partner API. Include, ignore, and any-employee rules can be configured for the schedule workflow.
- Important Limits
- Unpublished shifts are excluded. Entries that are filtered or cannot be matched are not added and are reported in the integration sync log.
